3PL TEK (collectively,"us", "our", and "we") value "our" customers, their information, privacy, and trust. This Policy explains how "we" collect, use, and protect your information through "our" website and mobile application. Specifically, this Policy applies to 3PL TEKs` collection, use, storage, and transfer of information. If there are any additional questions regarding "our" Privacy Policy, please feel free to contact "us" at info@3pltek.us.Throughout this Policy, we refer to the term “Personnel Information”. “Personal Information” is data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or by combining it with other data. Personal Information is usually your name in combination with another identifier, such as date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number, or government-issued identification number. The specific definition of Personal Information varies from one jurisdiction to another. Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data. Many of our customers are businesses, rather than individuals. We do not consider Business Information, such as one’s position, business name, title, business email, business phone number, business address, business fax, and other similar business information, to be Personal Information.
By using "our" website, you hereby consent to "our" Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Throughout this Policy, "we" refer to the term "Personal Information". Data about a person who may be recognized from it or by integrating it with other data is referred to as "personal information." Your name is typically combined with another identifier, such as your date of birth, postal address, email address, phone number, or government-issued identity number, to generate personal information. Each jurisdiction has its own unique definition of "Personal Information". Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data.
"we" obtain information from you or about you, online and offline when you may: Visit "our" website or other locations where this Policy will be shown such as "our" mobile application, or other applications altogether known as "our" "services". Additionally, "we" may gather information when you interact with "us" when "we" serve as suppliers, distributors, technology partners, or other types of expert advisers. Depending on how you give "us" your information or interact with "us", some sections may not apply to you.
Most of "our" clients are businesses. While "we" do state it in "our" data collection, "we" do not consider Business Information, such as one's position, business name, title, business email, business phone number, business address, business fax, and other such business information, to be Personal Information.
When you sign up to receive information about "our" products or services, request a price quote, or voluntarily submit other information to "us", "we" may collect your first name, your company name, your email address, phone number, gender, preferred language, job title, and function, billing, and shipping information, as well as other information you may volunteer to "us". "we" use this data to deliver the information you've requested.
"we" will gather your name, email address, and phone number along with a description of your issue when you report a problem with "our" site or services so that "we" may resolve it. "we" will keep your email address and any other information you send in your email if you contact "us" via the business email address so that "we" can respond to your questions similarly.
When you set up an account on one of "our" "services," "we" collect your name, address, phone number, and email address. "we" gather your name, address, email, phone number, unique account ID, and business information like your company's name, size, and type when you sign up for or utilize 3PL TEKs' "services". When you first register, "we" use this information to verify your identification, and then when you log into your account, "we" use it to verify your identity again. Additionally, "we" use your information to administer your account, validate registration, process payments, troubleshoot problems with "our" software, analyze how users interact with "our" services, and determine which of "our" services are most effective and of interest to you.
To enable "us" to confirm your identity and give you the account information you want, "we" will preserve this information for as long as you have an account with "us". Additionally, "we" might keep records of personal information from closed accounts to abide by local laws, avoid fraud, recover debts, settle disputes, troubleshoot issues, help with investigations, uphold "our" Terms and Conditions or legal obligations, or take other reasonable measures made possible or required by applicable law.
"we" occasionally obtain information from reputable third parties that are either publicly or commercially available, such as business partners, payment and delivery services, event providers, data brokers, social media networks, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers, in accordance with applicable law. This information will be used for the purposes outlined in this policy. The information you give to "our" partners, for "our" products and services, is also received by "us" and is used for the same objectives as described in this policy. When you pay for "our" goods and services, "we" receive information from "our" payment processing service provider who will conduct credit and antifraud checks on you and the payment method you provide in order to confirm your identity, validate your credit or debit card, get an initial credit or debit card authorization, and/or authorize the purchase. This is done, among other things, to protect you. "we" link or combine the information "we" gather from the various sources and channels mentioned above to guarantee data accuracy and provide you with a better experience (for example, to deliver tailored messages and advertising).
Through "our" "services", third-party websites and other services can be reachable. Through these other websites or services, you might be asked for information. Whenever you click on a link on a website or application, for instance. These third parties have their own privacy rules and standards that they uphold. "our" Policy does not apply to any third parties and solely applies to information received, collected, and gained by 3PL TEK. The policies or actions of any of these third parties are not under the control of 3PL TEK. "we" advise you to review the privacy policies of the relevant third parties before giving them any information, as "we" have done with this Policy.
For the purposes of administration, quality control, and training, "we" may record and process telephone communication. If needed by law, "we" will ask for your permission in advance so that you have the choice to object.
"we" retain your contact information for a year following your last interaction with "us", barring any legal requirements to the contrary.
Adding protection for kids using the internet is another one of "our" priorities. "we" urge parents and guardians to keep an eye on, engage in, monitor, and/or direct their children's internet behavior. Children under the age of 13 are not intended to use "our" website, and "we" do not intentionally collect personal information from them. Children under 13 should not contact "us" via "our" website, customer support, or in writing with any Personal Information. If "we" become aware that any person under the age of 13 has provided "us" with Personal Information that is stored on "our" "Services", "we" will promptly delete that information and stop using it in any way.
When you visit or use "our" "Services", "we" also automatically collect other information in addition to the information "we" obtain directly from you as indicated in the previous section. The Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages and apps, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, and other information specific to your visit may be included in this information for "our" "services". The kind of phone or another mobile device you are using, the length and frequency of your usage sessions, information about application crashes and screens you chose to view, you use on the application, whether you are a first-time or returning user, links you clicked while in the application, and your flow and navigation path through the application are all examples of information that may be provided to 3PLTEK.
"we" utilize your surfing data to make sure that "our" "services" and all related components are working properly, that they are displaying correctly on your hardware and software, and that "we" can give you localized information that is pertinent to your location. Internet users have the option of selecting "do not track" or other similar browser settings in relation to their online web activity, but because there is currently no agreement on what qualifies as an informed choice, an appropriate trigger, or the breadth of such a setting, "our" "services" will not behave differently when a "do not track" signal is received. You may come across a "click-through URL" that directs you to material on one of "our" "services" in some of "our" email messages. "we" monitor this click-through information to assess interest in specific subjects and gauge how well "our" consumer communications are working. Please refrain from clicking any such links in "our" email messages if you would prefer not to be monitored in this manner.
To remember certain details about you, to remember your preferences, or to recognize you when you come back, "we" employ technology like "cookies." To enhance "our" website and safeguard it against fraud, they also assist "us" in gathering aggregate data about website traffic and user activity. A text file called a cookie is kept on your computer. Cookies are text files; they cannot run applications, retrieve data from your hard drive, or infect your computer with viruses. Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. Your browser can be configured to either automatically reject all cookies or to ask you for confirmation each time one is presented. You might discover that you can't access all "our" Site's features if you reject cookies. "we" use "session" cookies to store information and keep track of the Site's functionality while you are browsing. A cookie keeps track of the number of visitors to "our" website for thirty minutes following your session. A cookie keeps track of how frequently you visit the site up to midnight on the day after your last session. A cookie keeps track of the products in your shopping basket for two weeks after your last visit in case you decide to leave the site without making a purchase and come back later. A persistent cookie is used to store your password. Cookies and web beacons, commonly referred to as clear GIFs, are frequently used together. These pictures, which are frequently transparent and part of web pages, enable "us" to compile data about how users interact with "our" sites and measure the number of users who have visited pages. They had never accessed personal information before. When you visit "our" website, "we" also keep log files. Log files keep track of IP addresses, browser types, ISP identities, referring/exit sites, platform types, timestamps, and click counts. "we" use this data for trend analysis, site administration, fraud prevention, tracking overall website navigation, and gathering broad demographic data. In addition to letting "us" know whether emails have been opened, pixel tags allow "us" to send emails in a format that customers can read. "we" might employ this data to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.
To present you with advertising that is specifically tailored to your interests and preferences, "we" utilize Google AdWords and Google Analytics to collect information about "our" site's visitors' age, gender, and interests. "we" can target "our" online adverts using Google Adwords and other firms' comparable programs, using data "we" have obtained from you directly or automatically (via cookies, for example). To track and manage the efficiency of "our" marketing initiatives, these businesses also employ automated technology to gather information when you click on "our" advertisements. You may opt-out of the automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests, by visiting the consumer opt-out page for the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/" and edit or opt-out your Google Display Network ads' preferences at http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/" . Google Analytics gathers de-identified data that cannot be used to identify a specific user. With the use of this data, "we" are better able to comprehend how users interact with "our" websites, spot, and prevent fraud and other security threats, and show you adverts for goods and/or services that you might find interesting. To learn more about how Google Analytics collects and processes data, please visit "How Google uses data when you use "our" partners` sites or apps", located at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. To learn about how to opt out of Google Analytics, please visit http://tools.Google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
You may give "our" "services" permission to collect and retain geolocation or global positioning data from your device to tailor information to your location. "we" may combine this location information with other information you provide to "us" or that "we" learn about you through your usage of "our" "services". You should be able to manage how your mobile device and mobile browser exchange location data with "us", as well as how your mobile browser handles cookies and related technologies, by changing the privacy and security settings on your mobile device.
"we" use your Personal Information to further legitimate business interests - to transact business with you and serve you as a customer. As described above, "we" use your Personal Information to enable you to participate in online transactions, confirm your registration with "our" "services" and send you requested information, administer your account, personalize content so that it applies to you and your interests, compile, analyze, and do research on "our" user's demographics and behavior, and detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate "our" policies or be illegal. "we" may also use your Personal Information to communicate with you about products and services "we" believe you might find of interest and to administer promotions, surveys, contests, and sweepstakes in which you might participate. "we" also use the information automatically collected about you during your use of "our" "services" as described above, to improve the effectiveness of "our" website, operations, mobile experience, or marketing efforts or as described elsewhere in this policy, to prevent fraud and theft, and otherwise to protect "our" "services" visitors and "our" business. "our" employees and agents may view your Personal Information to perform their jobs and service your needs. "we" authorize access to your Personal Information to them on a need-to-know basis to provide you with "our" products or services to you, or for one of the other reasons listed in this section. Such as administering and authorizing your accounts, functionality of "our" "services", processing orders, communications, customer support, and services, identifying, verifying, and authenticating your information to protect against fraud, to send and receiving your information when requested as outlined "our" usage, to optimize "our" marketing and advertising, for record keeping and reporting purposes, for research or product development, to ensure compliance with the legal requirement and applicable lawful limitations, and to protect 3PL TEK and "our" intellectual property as stated in "our" Terms and Conditions.
As a rule, "we" will not disclose any of your Personal Information except when "we" have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when "we" believe in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described in this Policy. For instance, "we" may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

"we" may share your Personal Information with third parties who may help "us" operate "our" "services" or help "us" assess your interest or satisfaction with "our" "services".
"we" may disclose your Personal Information if "we" determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce "our" Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy or to protect "our" operations otherwise, clients or users.
"we" may release your Personal Information to others (including law enforcement) if "we" believe such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or legal process; enforce or apply the terms of applicable terms of use; detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or otherwise protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
"we" may sell, transfer and/or disclose your Personal Information as part of a business divestiture, sale, merger, or acquisition of all or a part of "our" business. If another company acquires "our" company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by "us" and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your Personal Information may also be transferred as a business asset.
In addition, "we" may share aggregate, non-individual information, incapable of identifying a particular person, with third parties for lawful purposes.
